I recently bought a new Nov 2023 LSU+ and added the roller shutter myself off FB for $500 (2 weeks old, Inc sale plane). Also fitted flares and transmission cooler. Clearview mirrors etc Ended up around $63K. Happy with it so far.
Nice job! On paper the weight difference is only small (2204kg vs 2170kg for X-Terrain), but I think the drag of the A/T tyres and accessories might slow things down.
@drivingenthusiastaustralia Most definitely. I know for a fact unsprung weight mass plays huge role in performance. I love watching your virtual drag races. Years ago your vids from pdrive made me choose my Colorado. It was one of the fastest utes at the time. When I had it I beat a few D-Maxs, 2.0 Amaroks, and Hiluxes. I've been following you guys ever since.
Both of these are to slow if you where towing a three ton trailer and went to over take or going up a hill ? A V6 Ranger or Amarok would be a lot safer
Just a thought, people by these not to drag race but to do off road things and camping and towing etc, maybe you could do a comparison test on there capability perhaps, just a thought, as this is useless to most, IMHO.

Problem with the Isuzu is you are paying double for items to be added here in Australia and it looks like a sticker pack from TEMU has been added
My guess on the photo was 10.8. The added weight of all the "goodies" really weighs down the Blade.

@belizetj Thanks a lot.
Always loved the Colorado. Was one of my favourites back then, even though it didn't get the spotlight.

It’s simply a good way to compare performance in a consistent way.
La DMAX es un vehículo q' durará muchos más años q' la Ford (tiene correa húmeda), sin pedir nada, solo trabajo. 1:54
I have a dmax just because is faster than other similar Utes in the segment
Bogan deadshit race 😂
Why on earth are you here then?
When Isuzu D-MAX get to 300,000 I'm sure the engime will be perfect... I don't know about Ford, maybe will be in the scrap !!!
